  First art trade of 2025, I am glad I got to work on such a beautiful character. I tried out a new way to do flower bouquets because I felt it would match her. I am still getting used to drawing straight hair on women, it's not something I commonly do as I prefer to add a bunch of random curls. I've also never drawn a character's make up before, but I think I made it work and I think I finally found a good way to draw lips on characters... I still probably won't add lipstick to most of my own characters but at least I will be able to draw them on other people's characters when they have lips or some type of lipstick

  Character:  Kaedehara Kazuha From Genshin Impact (Mediator Fan Comic Version)   I have started to become interested in making backgrounds where it is muted but the character stands out and I really like the concept for my AU designs... There is definitely a lot that can be improved on here, but I wanted to try drawing the face and body in poses I am really not used to(I did alright, I think.) Probably make one like this for Venti next...   My interest in Kazuha never subsides, I see these alternate designs made by others and have been tempted to contact and ask permission to make fanart of their fan design so maybe those will start popping up here, too.
