General Description:
  Originally a custom built android for an affluent family, KT400 was seized by the police department and repurposed to help solve cases. However, given that KT400 was a lot more funky looking than other androids pulled from the property, he was assigned to work with a private investigator on "good terms" with the police department.

  After being assigned to work with a P.I. known as Angelo Mirren, KT400 adapts well enough to the investigator's vibe that Angelo is rather happy to have KT400 around, even renaming him as "Kite".

  The two have a rocky relationship given that Private Investigator Mirren strongly wants "Kite" to be deviant and to behave more human. KT400 is seen as a socially awkward but kind companion to the investigator while the android itself seems to remain indifferent, not understanding or, in Investigator Mirren's words, "caring" about the topic.
